The Tirana Prosecution ended the investigation and sent the file to
Court for Emiliano Shullazi, a few months after he was arrested in
Tirana, together with his friend, Gilmando Dani.
According to the request, Shullazi is charged for production and possession of assault weapons, while his friend is charged for failing to report a crime. The Prosecution says that on 8 November 2011, the police found a pistol, masking equipments and seven cell phones.
During the interrogation, Gilmando Dani claimed the possession of the weapon, same as Shullazi. But these declarations contradict the police report, who confirmed that Shullazi was carrying the weapon and hid it under the hood of another vehicle.
