Fran Qafa, a professor of the Law Faculty in the Shkoder “Luigj
Gurakuqi” University, was arrested by the State Police for bribe.
The professor was arrested after he accepted amounts of money in exchange of good grades.
The 56-year-old professor has been working in this university for the last 18 years, and the colleagues seem surprised.
