Shkoder, Shale Commune building burned

Shkoder Police declared that the building of the Shale commune has been
totally burned. According to the police, the fire was intentionally set
and they suspect that it might be related with the prolonged political
process at this mountainous area of Shkoder.
The elections in this commune failed two consequent times, and the third time were won by the Socialist candidate with a very narrow result.
The Democratic Party appealed at the Central Electoral Commission and the Electoral College, but their complaint was rejected. While the new head of the commune was waiting the final official decision for starting his work, the commune was completely burned by the fire. Police is investigating for documents that might have been damaged due to the flame.
