Shkoder, protest for double taxes

Paying car taxes twice for one year obliged some Shkoder drivers to
gather in a protest. They blocked the branch of the private company that
makes the vehicle verification.
The Head of Finances at this directory clarifies that this situation was created due to the new law that was approved last summer.
He adds that there is no solution, other than referring the problem to the authorities, since the company at this case acts as a tax agent and this case is under the Ministry of Finances competences.
