Shale ballots count, in Tirana

They demanded the ballots to be transferred from the Zonal Election Commission in Shkoder to CEC headquarters in Tirana. But this demand was opposed by the representatives of the Socialist Party.

The Socialists insinuated that the process would be manipulated during the transportation to Tirana.

The Socialist MP Taulant Balla declared that after failing with his attempts to steal the elections in Shales commune through manipulations and the pressure of all state administrations, Berisha decided to use Ristani for making the next robbery.

“There cannot be a honest and just vote counting by the CEC, as long as it is led by a bandit as Arben Ristani”, Balla declared.

Despite the protests of the Socialsit representatives in Shkoder, the ballots were transported through a helicopter that was sent by CEC. This Sunday, Shale commune residents voted after to failures, due to conflicts between the candidate representatives. After the voting process was over, police forces transported the ballot boxes from the mountainous area of Shales to the city of Shkoder. Afterwards, CEC took the decision to transport the ballot boxes from Shkoder to Tirana through a helicopter.
