The Serbs have removed the Jagenica roadblock placed at the
Jagenice-Zvecan-Zubin Potok road, after an agreement that apparently has
been reached between the Kosovo Serbs and KFOR.

The Serbian news agency Tanjug announces that also based on this agreement, KFOR will establish a checkpoint there, for vehicle control.

This is the result of the agreement reached this Monday by the KFOR representatives and the parallel head of the Zubin Potok Commune, Slavisha Ristic, in order to open this road for the traffic.

Telegraf quotes Ristic of having said that the third roadblock establoshed by the Serbs at the Jagenica secondary road will be still there, and the Serbs will continue to guard it.

“We agreed that KFOR will move away from the road, the traffic will function and when the road will be unblocked, they will establish a checkpoint. This was their condition, while ours was for the Zubin Potok Traffic Police to control the vehicles together with them. They have accepted this version, and the cars that were destroyed by the KFOR action, one week ago, will be removed”, Ristic declared, emphasizing that this removal means that the citizens will leave from other roadblocks.
