Serbia will not continue the technical dialogue with Kosovo without
resolving the issues with the Bernjak and Jarinje roadblocks.

The north is important for the Serbian dialogue, and they have expressed this conviction to the EU mediator, Robert Cooper, who visited Prishtina and Belgrade.

The head of the Serbian delegation for the dialogue with Kosovo, Borko Stefanovic, declared that he supports the peaceful barricades and expects understanding from Prishtina for resolving the problems.

“We want to reach an agreement with the international community and resolve the problems in Northern Kosovo. We have discussed the details the possibility of resolving this problem, and we have found an entente”, Stefanovic declared.

The Serbian Minister for Kosovo, Goran Bogdanovic, who has also expected Cooper, declared that the dialogue is the only way.

“The main topic was the Northern Kosovo. This situation is intolerable for everyone, and we must continue the dialogue, having contacts with KFOR and EULEX”, he declared.
