Serbian Interior Minister: Let’s divide Kosovo with Albania

“We tried to keep Kosovo with war, and it was useless. This is why I am talking about setting borders before it is too late”, Dacic declared.

In an interview for the Serbian newspaper “Nin”, Dacic emphasized that Serbia should have negotiated earlier with Albania for resettling borders.

Considering Kosovo division as the most real option, the second person in charge at the Serbian government expressed his conviction that Kosovo will join Albania one day, as the Bosnian Serb Republic will join Serbia.

“This is normal, because we are talking about the same people. Can anyone say that Albanians who live in Prishtina are different from those who live in Tirana”, Dacic underlined.

Dacic is the only Serbian politician who is pressuring on Kosovo division, a stance that other Serbian officials considered it as unacceptable and private opinion of Dacic.
