The Serbian negotiator in the discussions with Kosovo, Borko Stefanovic
declared that in the next round of discussion he expects concrete
solutions on certain matters.
During an interview for a Serbian daily newspaper, Stefanovic specified that the new round of discussions is expected to take place in the midst of May.
According to him, concrete results are expected to be reached on some matters regarding the Civil Registration, the cadastre, the freedom of movement etc.
”We will not open new discussion topics, because it is illogical to pile the topics up, without solving any of the problems. We must take one step at a time, no matter how small these steps might be”, Stefanovic declared.
In the declarations of the previous days, the head of the Serbian delegation underlined that the issue of the Kosovo status, if not now, will be discussed later, because it is the core of any problem.
