Serbia is alarmed for the removal of Northern Kosovo roadblocks by KFOR.

The new Serbian President, Tomislav Nikolic, gathered an urgent meeting with the political representatives, the outgoing Prime Minister, the Minister for Kosovo, the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Defense.

The meeting was held at the Serbian Presidency, but there were no press releases. It is still unknown what the goal of this meeting is.

The Serbian policy has not reacted with declarations, but the Serbian National Security Council also gathered about this issue.

The Secretary of the Ministry for Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic, declared that he doesn’t understand the action undertaken by KFOR, and according to him, this is a very dangerous act.

A good part of the analysts declared that the action is a pressure against the new Serbian president. The Serbian media have announced the injury of three Serbians and one KFOR soldier.
