The Self Determination Movement protesters in Kosovo clashed with the
Police this morning at the Mother Teresa square, Prishtina.
SD activists protested against the meeting between the Kosovo and Serbian leaders for dialogue. While marching towards the government’s building, the Police special units have stopped their march.

The protesters were pushed back and forth and the SD leader was arrested while opposing the police, which declared that this meeting was illegal and there was no notification about it. After Kurti was arrested, SD posted photos of MP Liburn Aliu, who was wounded during the protest.
Spokesperson Baki Kelani declared for Radio Free Europe that the protesters have ended the Kosovo Government building and started throwing solid objects against the police, which was obliged to intervene by using tear gas and arresting 26 protesters.
