The Administrative Court of Vlore accepted the request of 11 residents,
who want a temporary measure that prevents the authorities from
intervening in the 8-story high building until a second moment, when
they deposit their request.
This decision issued by Judge Astrit Shema means that within 10 days, none of the state authorities will be allowed to enter this object, and it should not be surrounded by police cordons.
If the residents will not present a lawsuit with their claims, Shema’s verdict will stay in power until there will be a final solution of the administrative conflict.
This is the first verdict that the Administrative Court has given, after opening on November 4th and promising to resolve the citizens’ problems in a record time.
The request was sent at one day ago at the Administrative Court of this district.
