The Tirana Police announced that they have prepared a plan of measures for peaceful celebrations of the holidays.
The police has increased surveillance on important objects, such as electric power stations and water depots.
The Tirana Police Director, Erzen Brecani, appealed the citizens to be careful with fireworks and to not drive under the influence of alcohol.
The elite police groups, such as “Shqiponja”, are tasked to preserve the security of citizens, to verity problems in traffic and also help the judicial police for small crimes.
