Former democratic prime minister and leader of the opposition Sali Berisha appeared today in the SPAK special anti-corruption prosecution, where he was given the same charge of “passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials”, carried out in cooperation.
He said that he had rejected the accusations, saying that the special prosecutor’s office is in control of the socialists in power.
“I declared that this is a top fraud pyramid, that was my statement. Secondly, I visited the museum part of this prosecutor’s office. What did I find here? Here I found PM Edi Rama, who was posing with the 500,000 euro watch that the traffickers gave him on his way to Aruba.
“I found his wife Linda Rama, registered to interfere with her brother-in-law’s tenders. I found Olsi Rama as the leader of the Xibraka criminal group, but also leader of Amant Josifi. I found the canyon of Gjipe, usurped by Edi Rama.
“I found the minister Taulant Balla being rewarded by Sokol Çela, receiving 1 million euros for the reward of the two murderers in Shkodër, who put the dynamite on Lulzim Kulla. I also found those who had planned to kill a politician near Edi Rama, just to open the space for them, but no one asks them because they are thugs and super politicians.
“What did I find here? I found Lubi Balluku, who had the files on both sides, who steals 90 percent of the road funds from the Albanians. I found the mayor Erion Veliaj, who made sure that the files were not opened.
“Who was not there, it was a museum of criminals, murderers, government hostages, judges, prosecutors. So, all this is our motive to multiply our strength and moral superiority to give Edi Rama what he deserves”, Berisha said among other things.
