All citizens who have made purchases and withdrawn the sale receipt, will be part of the first fiscal lottery.
People who want to be part of the game will send the receipt to the post office with their address. The application needs at least 50 receipts. With a minimal total value of 5000 ALL.
The lottery will have 500 winners, with a first prize of more than 1 million ALL, 10 second ones with 100.000 ALL, 200 prizes with 15.000 ALL and 300 with 10.000 ALL.
The lots are cast on January 15th.
