The construction works were inaugurated on September 27th, with the presence of the Russian diplomatic body and Albanian official.
The new complex of the Russian embassy will be composed of several buildings.
Alexandar Karpushin, the Russian Ambassador to Tirana, declared that the complex has all the necessary conditions for the staff and their families, so that they can work, rest and keep living inside the buildings.
Ambassador Karpushin is now leaving Albania with the expiration of his term.
