Romanian company sues Energy Distribution OSHEE

Another company is expected to put in difficulties the Energy
Distribution Operator of Albania. The Romanian SC Aem company asked the
Court of Tirana to freeze the assets of OSHEE for 5.31 million EUR,
until the case is settled.
SC Aem claims OSHEE has not respected an agreement signed in 2011 for inductive meters. They say the agreement were signed for a one yer term, but the parties extended it to February 2015.
The Romanian company claims that although they have fulfilled all obligations, the OSHEE has not paid for the products. More than 311.000 had to be paid within April 30th 2011, according to the agreement. The total damage, according to SC Aem, mounts up to 5 million EUR.
