In Shirgj of Shkodra, the embankment under the village road has collapsed, bringing great amounts of water and endangering the residents houses. A resident from the village of Shirgj in Dajç has sent a video for Top Channel, which shows the strong momentum of the water flow.

Today, the municipality of Shkodra demanded the declaration of the state of natural disaster on the Faqe Mali, Dajç and Shkodër area, as a result of the heavy rains of the last few days.
