300 families in Fier have been organized to finance and build a road of their neighborhood.
The “Liria” neighborhood road, one of the oldest areas in the city, has not been repaired for the last 40 years.
Seeing the Municipality’s lack of action, the residents have decided to collect the funds on themselves to build the road.
The cost of this initiative is 6000 ALL for each family. Although it doesn’t fulfill the modern parameters, residents say that the road will eliminate dust and mud.
