The Republican Party leader of the Tirana Branch, Blendi Sulaj, declared
that the government has to implement the Strasbourg Court decision for
owners, despite its law.
“The government of Edi Rama needs to implement the Strasbourg Court decisions by compensating legal owners with more than 22 million EUR, a sum that would have been much smaller if the government would have respected the law”, Sulaj declared.
According to him, there are hundreds of other decisions waiting to be implemented, and which will cost costs of hundreds and millions of Euros due to an unfair law passed by the government.
