The reporters of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe have given their opinion on the general elections of April 25 in Albania.
The delegation was divided into 11 teams and observed the voting process in a central number of polling stations in Tirana and its environs, as well as in Elbasan, Durrës, Kavaja, Diber, Lezhe, Fier and in some villages.
In general they emphasize that the process was calm.
“In most of the polling stations visited, the voting process was generally complete. Procedures were generally to be followed, but voters did not make a masked law and a face gum for identification, and procedures to be followed so as not to be done and strictly adhered to. ”
“Parliamentary elections were usually well organized by the election administration. Administration at all levels in the overall joy trust of stakeholders. “The registration of candidates and participation was not generally comprehensive,” the report said.
