Religious leaders wish a merry Christmas

As tradition wants it, on Christmas Eve the Head of the Catholic Church
in Albania, Mnsg Rrok Mirdita wished a merry Christmas to all believers
in Albania. He spoke about simplicity, poverty and love that triumphs in
these difficult times.

The Archbishop of Tirana, Durres and all Albania Anastas asked the Orthodox believers to meditate for the patience of Christ and overcome through him the dark clouds that the economic crisis causes, the anguish and the insecurity of our era.

Fitor Muci, Chairman of the religious community “Evangelic Fraternity” spoke about love, as the most important word during Christmas, in the 100th anniversary of Albania.

December 25th is celebrated throughout the world, not only by Christians, as the birth of Jesus Christ.
