“Reform” arrives in Parliament, signed by 33 MPs

The ruling party filed today the initiative for the Constitutional
amendments, the final draft of the justice reform, voted only by the
majority at the Justice Reform Committee.

There were 33 MPs signing the Constitutional amend, all Socialists except for Petrit Vasili from the SMI and Tahir Muhedini of the PJIU.

This means that the draft may have 87 votes of these three parties, from 94 that are needed in total.

However, two weeks need to pass before this goes for voting.

The draft-law with the Constitutional Amends is distributed to Parliament Members and enters the agenda. However, its discussion in the joint meeting of the Commission of Laws and Legislation Council starts two weeks after it is deposited in Parliament.
