RBA reacts for penal case against Spahiu

The Red and Black Alliance reacted one day after the Parliament decided
to open a penal prosecution against their leader, Kreshnik Spahiu.
According to the RBA, Berisha and Topalli are attempting to persecute
the Albanian nationalism.
“The Albanian Parliament Speaker, jozefina Topalli, also the First Lady of the Democratic Party, has sent to the General Prosecution her request for opening a penal case against the RBA leader, Mr. Kreshnik Spahiu, accusing him of agitation and propaganda against Berisha’s government, and for the ‘severe crime’ of bothering the Greek diplomacy, which apparently has big consequences for Berisha’s power, weakening the relations with the Greek government. Mr. Topalli wants to isolate the RBA leader. Berisha and Topalli cannot imprison Kreshnik Spahiu or the RBA cause. This is all that the dark government that has privatized the state can do”, the RBA Spokesperson declared.
