The Red and Black Alliance activists protested in front of the Tirana
Municipality against the decision for stopping the Roma people from
trying to collect cans from the rubbish bins.
The RBA representatives stopped in front of the Municipality where they accused Lulzim Basha of not keeping any of the promises made one year ago and with the emergencies that Tirana has today, such as the roads, the traffic lights, the urban services, etc.
RBA says that Basha is working only with projects that are used for the enrichment of his brother in law, who has the monopoly of the waste management.
“We are here to show our solidarity to this great problem of the Mayor, and we brought some cans so that he can give to his brother in law. We hope that this symbolical gesture will contribute in improving the life conditions of Lulzim Basha’s brother in law”, declared Redi Ramaj, organisative secretary of the RBA.
