RBA: Constitution must change

The leader of the Red and Black Alliance, Kreshnik Spahiu, took
advantage of the first electoral conference of the party he leads, to
make a concrete proposition to the political parties, which, according
to him behave as servants to the US politics, but they are never able to
lead a country like them.

According to Spahiu, if the political parties would accept the real democracy, they should decide that no MP would ever become a Minister.

“The Parliamentary system, no matter which party we will elect this year, will suffer once again from the party that acts as the entire state. Have you seen them how they behave like servants to the American democracy, but meanwhile their governing style is similar to the Russian one? In America, the government is divided from the Congress, and the Head of State is not a party member. We appeal these party members today to accept the RBA proposition and divide parties from the Parliament and the government. None of the MPs should become a Minsiter”, Spahiu declared.

According to the RBA leader, if the parties will not accept this proposition, the next government will suffer once again the state-party syndrome.
