RBA: Albanian emigrants, abandoned

The Red and Black Alliance declared that the Albanian emigrants feel
abandoned by their government, arguing that the Albanian government has a
constitutional duty to protect its citizens even outside the territory.
“No one knows how many Albanians have gone and how many have returned in the last 21 years. We need a radical reform in the diplomatic body strategy. The returned emigrants are not allowed to vote”, the RBA declared.
The Alliance declared that the Census that was held by the government did not count the Albanian emigrants, although they use them for the tourism numbers.
