Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, declared that security is a basic
element for developing a civilized life, while crimes in our country are
increasing in frightening numbers.
“Murders have turned into daily news. Crime statistics increase each year and Albania today has the highest murder coefficient for 100.000 citizens. We have the biggest number of deaths on the streets”, Rama declared.
He said that this state has no chances to win the battle against crime. He reminded that Albania has good laws, but doesn’t have legitimacy and three divided powers.
The Socialist leader underlined that the State Police is abandoned, ruined and that is being used to employ people who are close to the government.
“In the first 300 day of government, we will bring a new police. The police has the lowest financial training in the entire region”, Rama declared, promising to return order and security.
