Rama: Violence for votes

13/04/2011 13:15

The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, visited at the Military Hospital the young man that was stabbed one day ago before the electoral meeting of the Socialists.

The young man was stabbed by another peer when the crowd that would participate at the meeting with Rama was passing in front of an electoral office of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI).

This party gave an immediate declaration, distancing themselves from the author, while the police say that it happened for banal reasons.

Edi Rama said that Socialist Party is not intimidated by these acts, and on the next elections they will know how to protect their vote.

“For the acting Interior Minister it is the most significant definition, for these events and of many other events that promise nothing good, and that are going on in the undergrounds of this regime of thievery and corruption. We are not only determined to confront face to face, eye to eye and tooth for a tooth with this regime. We want to ensure Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta than on May 8th, the only winners will be those who will be elected by votes. No one will be able to win anything by force”, Rama declared.
