The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, travelled to Prishtina to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Kosovo’s independence.
Invited to a TV interview, Rama said that the border demarcation with Montenegro is a made up argument, invented by Kosovo’s internal politics that has no real base.
The Kosovo Prime Minister responded immediately, by writing on social networks: “Happy anniversary to all Albanians. Rama should not talk about the inventions in Kosovo. He has enough inventions in Albania to talk about”.
The unpleasant climate created by these comments may have urged Rama to make a visit to the Haradinaj family, from where he posted a picture with a toast between both Prime Ministers.
