The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, was asked about the offer of Telekom Serbia to buy Telekom Albania.
Rama reiterated once again that the Albanian government cannot become part of the transactions of a private company such as Deutsche Telekom.
But since this is a strategic sector, the Albanian government has been asked about an opinion. And the stance of the Albanian government is very clear, according to Rama: “Serbian businesses are welcome in Albania, but in this strategic sector, they are not a preference”.
