Away from public cameras, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, held a dinner meeting with 20 Kukes businessmen to hear their requests.
Present in the meeting were the Finance Minister Arben Ahmetaj and Infrastructure Minister Damian Gjiknuri, and also the Regional Director of National Employment Service, Ledian Halilaj.
The businessmen asked the Prime Minister to have their own negotiating group for discussing the Nation’s Road payment.
Rama is quoted of having said that the process will be transparent and with the participation of everyone.
The Prime Minister has also said that there will be a price reduction, not total removal.
Rama updated them with the Kukes Airport plan, which will open soon, planning to have 400,000 travellers each year.
