Rama: Parents of new SP members threatened with jobs

Not only the problems of the young Albanians, but also those of their parents, were part Rama’s speech.

“One day, which now seems far, when you will become parents, you would face the same fear. You would face the same difficulties and inabilities for giving to your children what your parents cannot give to you now. Do you know why? It’s because they are unable to do something, not because they are lazy. They want from the bottom of their heart to give everything to you, but they cannot. Their hands are tied by uneployment, poverty, high prices, corruption and the fear that comes as consequence. You are here to fight even for your parents, so that they can pretend same as you for being able to have tomorrow what they deserve”, Rama declared.

Edi Rama addressed to the young members by saying that for finding a job, it means being part of the parties in the government coalition, that have nothing in common with you and your ambitions.

“For finding a job, it’s not enough having the capabilities and the will to work, but you must have the necessary connections. You must be part of a party, although those parties have nothing in common with you, your dreams and ambitions. But this reality cannot change, if we are together. In Albania there is the possibility to compete honestly for a job, and this is possible if you become part of the SP”, Rama declared.
