Valuing territory as the biggest asset of our country, PM Rama said that
the national urban plan should be coordinated with the partial plan of
municipalities.
He was part of the presentation for the territory planning in 26 municipalities.
“It is very important for these partial plans to have an instructive role in function of the national policies related to strategic investments. If this process would have done 25 years ago, Albania would have been different today. The destruction of territory have caused the recent disasters, and nature is not the only cause”, Rama said.
The Minister of Urban Development, Eglantina Gjermeni, said that there is a project for digitalizing the construction permits. Foreign prestigious studios were part of these plans.
