Rama meets female prisoners who benefit from annual amnesty

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, met with the female prisoners that were pardoned by the annual amnesty.

The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, also attended this meeting, together with Dr.Ervisa Demollari.

Minister Gjonaj said that they will follow each of the women after being released, and help them start a new life.

The Prime Minister said that the total number of women who will benefit from the amnesty is 56. Half of them will be released and the other half will have 1/3^rd of their sentence reduced.
