Immediately after the speech of the deputy Hajdari, Prime Minister Edi Rama responded, quoting some of the statements of well-known actors on the matter.
He quoted Robert Ndrenika, Arben Derhemi, Luftar Paja, Altin Basha, Enver Petrovci, Bruno Shllaku all in favor of a new theater building.
“While I have finished my words about theater, I have nothing to say and here I will simply use these 20 minutes to read the words of those who have made the theater, those who are the theater.
“All the members of the theater community’s family were present at that protest, and at the head of it were not two ‘Budina-s’ but Robert Ndrenika and Arben Derhemi. I am continuing to respond to Ms. Hajdari and all the ladies and gentlemen touched bythe issue of the National Theater, by faithfully conveying the words of the real protesters, not the political actors who play their own theater.
“Robert Ndrenika has this answer for you, Mrs. Hajdari: Please don’t crucify me, I have been for years and I am for a new and contemporary National Theater, which the Albanian state has a duty to do, let it take the money wherever it wants, maybe even where Josif Bros Tito took it ”.
“Bujar Asqeriu: I am for unity and social peace, I do not support the protest that is taking place now, it no longer makes sense, the simplest logic is for artists to think differently. I no longer enter those buildings because it is a disease. I want a new theater and it no longer makes sense to go against each other but leave this matter to the architects. It’s too much. “
