Kosovo and Albania will have a common annual calendar of cultural
events. This is the newest initiative introduced by the Prime Minister
designate, Edi Rama, while participating in the “Dokufest” film festival
that is being realized in Prizren.
Through a Facebook message, accompanied by photos from the meetings held with the Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci, and Kosovo Ministers Enver Hoxhaj and Vlora Citaku, Rama valued Dokufest as a cultural activity of European proportions that in the upcoming years will be supported by the Albanian state.
“In Prizren with Prime Minister Thaci, together with colleagues with friends, in the wonderful Dokufest, a cultural activity of European proportions that next year will also have the support of the Albanian government. A shared annual calendar of cultural events, one of the biggest cooperation novelties between the two Albanian states”, Rama writes on Facebook.
