The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, met with the Lezhe residents to hear about their problems.
Rama said that there are many families with unemployment and not enough food, and who have not received the service they deserve due to corruption, a phenomenon that Rama says his government is fighting without compromise, but yet far from winning it.
“I am not here to tell you how lucky you are. I’m here to tell you that we are aware about your problems, and that is what makes us more conscious to take responsibility and resolve these problems. I am here with the trust that citizens have not expected us to resolve all of these problems in 18 months that we have been in the government, to cure those wounds that have been created through time. They have been able to see the evidence that on June 23rd they invested on the right decision. In 18 months we showed that we are the force that can and that will make the government that the Albanians deserve”, Rama declared.
Rama valued Viktor Tushe as one of the most excellent managers of Albania. He also addressed his speech to the Democratic Party, which, according to him, has not recovered from the loss of June 23rd.
“The Democratic Party is not a national treasure that today has fallen on the wrong hands. One day they will wake up from this epileptic situation. DP would have been managed perfectly well by Sude (former Ponzi scheme company) than by those who have not understood yet what kind of elections Albanians are voting for on June 21st”, Rama declared.
