Rama: Emergency showed damage to local government

The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, declared that the emergency showed the
damages made to the local government, while thanking the local leaders
for the help given to the families in need in the blocked areas.
“This strong crisis, caused by the rage of the weather, and reinforced by the fact that the government structures that ought to predict and avoid confrontations with such a crisis, emphasized the necessity for a change, which every Albanian feels each day more”, Rama declared.
Speaking on the Socialist Party meeting for the Local Government Autonomy, the Socialist Leader declared that a complete reform is needed, and the local government must receive all autonomy rights.
Rama accused the government of damaging the local government each time more, by not allowing them to improve the lives of their communities.
