Rama elected as PES member

The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, was elected as member of the Party of
European Socialists Presidency. The New President of the PES was elected
Sergei Stanishev.
The news was confirmed by Rama, who commented on his Twitter that he is proud for this achievement and he promises to empower the Socialists’ voice for the PES.
“My election as SP leader of Albania at the Party of European Socialists is something that gave me pride and responsibility. Our voice is stronger at the PES”, Rama wrote.
The SP leader is visiting Brussels for the Congress of the PES, invited by its leaders.
