Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, declared that politics should resolve
two important moments, such as the conclusion of the electoral reform
before May 24th and the election of a consensual president.
After the meeting held with the United for the Human Rights Party, Vangjel Dule, Rama accused Prime Minister Berisha of playing deaf and asking a president that can stay under his service.
“We want a President that incarnates the national unity in this historical period, when the Albanians need to progress together. We want a President for Albania’s integration”, Rama declared in a short press release after the meeting.
The UHRP leader, Vangjel Dule, underlined that the consensus should concentrate on the election of the new President, while he declared that the electoral reform should be closed within the deadline.
Dule valued that his political force supports Fatos Nano as a candidacy that fulfills the conditions for being a consensual President.
