Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Euro-Socialist Youth gathered in Durres, where the opposition
leader, Edi Rama, appealed the young people to be active in politics.
“It’s an obligation of youth to be part of this and give an end to the old politic that only has deformed and delayed the transition of our country”, Rama declared in front of the Durres youth.
By bringing examples of how the old politic has destroyed the coastline of this area and even the Skenderbej Mountain, Rama declared that the destruction of the natural beauty in our country must stop.
“It is up to your generation to not allow this wonderful part of Albania to be destroyed by a blind and deaf politic. It is a testament left by our fathers to us, and our obligation is to pass it to the next generations, in order to preserve a beautiful and prosperous Albania”, Rama declared.
The FRESSH leader, Elisa Spiropali, declared that the change will come in 2013. The Secretary for the Program, Erjon Veliaj, and the Mayor of Durres, Vangjush Dako, underlined that the increased number of young members signed with the Socialist Party is a guarantee for the electoral race of 2013.
