UEFA decided to start the disciplinary procedures against the Moscow
Locomotive, who sang racist changs against Skenderbeg, which ended 2-0
for the hosts.
The Moscow club apologized one day after the match for fan chants that mainly support Serbia against the independence of Kosovo.
The UEFA Discipline Commission might give sanctions against Locomotive on October 15th.
