Race for Tirana, Veliaj leads with 12.000 votes

The ballot counting process is still undergoing for the Tirana
Municipality. Recent updates show that the candidate of the Socialist
coalition, Erion Veliaj, is significantly ahead.
After the counting of 243 voting centers from 864 in total, Veliaj leads with 12.221 votes ahead.
The candidate of the socialist coalition (ASHE) has 53.44% of the votes, Halim Kosova from the democratic party coalition has 38.83%, and the independent candidate, Gjergj Bojaxhi, has 5.3%. Sazan Guri 1.13%, Arban Tafaj 0.92% and Dhimiter Muslia 0.28%.
