The detailed arrests and controls for unpaid energy bills throughout the
country have increased the number of people who rush pay their due
bills.
Those who were arrested are business owners suspected of theft, but most of those who rush to pay are family members.
The Kukes CEZ offices receive hundreds of citizens each day. There have been queues for payment in banks and post offices even in Elbasan.
Offices have been open by 20:00, while the staff has increased for this flux.
