Putin congratulates Albanian President for Independence Day

The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, congratulated his Albanian counterpart for the Independence Day.

He underlines that the improved relations and cooperation between Albania and Russia would benefit both countries.

“The development of constructive relations would benefit both of our countries and Europe itself”, Putin writes.
