Publishers accusing government

One of the Associations of Publishers accused the Ministry of Education
that school books are only bought from two publishers and authors.

Meanwhile, the greatest part of the books does not fit with the age of the children and are of no interest for the students.

“There are only two publishers who own the entire market, and one of them is not a publishing house at all, but just a printing-house. 68 titles of 84 in total that Lezhe Library has ordered, come from only one publisher. Two are the main figures, the adviser of the Prime Minister, Bardhyl Musaraj, and Haxhi Lleshi”, declared publicist Ardian Klosi.

Publisher Pirro Misha underlined that the Prime Minister is aware of the existence of this system, but he hasn’t intervened.

The director of publishing house “Dudaj”, Arlinda Dudaj, criticized the way how school books for children are written.

“The list of the ministry has a terrible absence of books, and their texts have a vocabulary that I don’t know how the children can read them”, Dudaj declared.
