The Italian Prime Minister, Mario Monti, invited to a courtesy dinner
the five Prime Ministers that are visiting Rome for the Christian
Democratic International, respectively the Prime Ministers of Albania,
Spain, Greece, Hungary and Ireland.

A group of Red and Black Alliance were waiting for the Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, at the entrance of the villa.

With their signs accusing the Albanian PM of treason, the RBA activists gathered from several Italian cities and focused once again on the maritime border negotiations with Greece.

According to the RBA, the Albanian and Greek Prime Ministers had planned a meeting after this dinner in which they were about to discuss this highly sensitive issue in Albania.

Berisha greeted the activists from the car at first, but when they were identified, his security guards invited them to leave the entrance of the villa.

According to the Italian government press releases, the Italian PM Monti held special meetings only with the Prime Ministers of Greece, Spain and Ireland.
