Kombinat residents protested this Wednesday evening for the lack of electricity in their area.

They blocked the road and burned car tires.

The Socialist Party declared that 19 protesters were taken by the Police. MP Saimir Tahiri declared that the protest will continue.

“We see no sign from the CEZ representatives. We wanted to give our first signal today, and tomorrow at 11:00, together with our citizens, we will march at the CEZ Directory”, declared the Head of the Municipal Unit 6.

“After the protest for the power cuts, 19 Kombinat citizens were taken by the police. This is a ridiculous government that spends more energy on pressuring the citizens than providing for their life quality, with electricity and the vital minimum”, declared the Socialist MP, Saimir Tahiri.
