Protest for properties in Cerrik

The administration delays for the property issues have obliged the
50-year-old, Sotir Panxhi, to protest in the small town of Cerrik by
climbing a 100 meters high object, at the Cerrik radio-station.
He threatened to jump, while the police surrounded the area. The residents supported his protest against the delays of their property cases.
Panxhi pretends that he has paid the 750.000 ALL and the Administration employees have not given him a mandate and now they ask him to pay it again.
He came down after four hours of negotiations, while telling the journalists about his problem:
“I have paid the money they needed and they don’t give me the certificate. I have been attempting to resolve this problem for the last five years, but it is impossible, because the Registration office is owned by thieves who have made it their property”, Sotir Panxhi declared.
Panxhi is being interrogated at the Elbasan Police, and his declarations against the administration employees will be verified.
